Welcome to the HXeBike Affiliate Program. By registering and participating as an affiliate, you agree to comply with the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• You must provide accurate and complete registration information.
• You must own or manage a legitimate website, social media account, or content channel.

HXeBike reserves the right to approve or reject any application at its sole discretion.

2. Affiliate Relationship

Affiliates participate as independent contractors. Nothing in this agreement creates a partnership, employment, agency, or joint venture relationship. Affiliates may not represent themselves as employees or official representatives of HXeBike.

3. Commission Structure

• Affiliates earn commissions on qualified purchases made through approved referral links or discount codes.
• Commission rates may vary by product, campaign, or affiliate tier.
• Commissions are calculated on the net order value, excluding taxes, shipping, refunds, chargebacks, or canceled orders.
• HXeBike reserves the right to modify commission rates or structures at any time.

4. Tracking & Cookie Duration

• Tracking is handled through cookies and GoAffPro tracking technology.
• Cookie duration is 30 days from the customer’s initial click.
• If multiple affiliates refer the same customer, the last valid referral before purchase will be credited.
• Tracking may not occur if cookies are disabled or cleared by the user.

5. Payout Terms

• Minimum payout threshold: $50 USD
• Payout schedule: Monthly
• Payment methods: PayPal or other methods approved by HXeBike
• Affiliates are responsible for providing accurate payment information.

HXeBike is not responsible for payment delays caused by incorrect or incomplete payout details.

6. Prohibited Activities

Affiliates may not:

• Bid on HXeBike brand keywords or close variations in paid search advertising.
• Impersonate HXeBike or misrepresent affiliation.
• Use false, misleading, or exaggerated claims about products.
• Promote unauthorized coupon codes or incentives.
• Engage in spam, cookie stuffing, fraud, or deceptive practices.

Violation of these rules may result in immediate termination and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.

7. Returns, Cancellations & Fraud

• Commissions will be reversed for refunded, returned, canceled, or fraudulent orders.
• HXeBike may review suspicious transactions and withhold commissions during investigation.

8. Product & Warranty Disclaimer

Affiliate promotions are subject to the same product terms as listed on the HXeBike website. Warranty coverage applies only to the original purchaser and does not extend or change due to affiliate promotion.

• Parts: 2 years

9. Termination

HXeBike may suspend or terminate an affiliate account at any time, with or without notice, if the affiliate violates these Terms or engages in conduct that harms the brand. Affiliates may terminate participation at any time by contacting support.

10. Modification of Terms

HXeBike reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued participation in the program after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

11. Limitation of Liability

HXeBike shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the Affiliate Program.

12. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of UK/EU
